This piano was made in Hamburg in 1909 and has undergone a full restoration. It has been re-strung using the existing soundboard and the cast iron frame has been re-gilded. The piano has a new action and damper mechanism fitted and has been regulated and voiced to current Steinway specifications. The original satinwood case with twin legs has been completely stripped and re-polished.
