« Tchetuev brought a genuine thrill – a sound that Neuhaus, Sofronitsky and Richter would have recognised. That indefinable ‘Russian’ quality in the mid-range, the crystalline treble and the defined bass, all combined with a very strong interpretative personality. In a word – glorious! » Solo recital, Wigmore Hall, London, Tuesday, May 26, 2009, Classical Music, Rob Pennock

« Beaming like a laser, confident yet unaggressive, shining, colourful, structured without being rigid, the work of Igor Tchetuev makes every piece’s vital force emerge » Alain Lompech, Le Monde
